30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to Request a Return:
Contact us at support@checkoutbeauty.com with your order details.
We will confirm whether your item qualifies for return and provide return instructions.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers cover the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty.
We do not offer free returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For items over £75, we recommend tracked shipping or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personal care or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards, or personalised/custom items
Exchanges:
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period):
Orders shipped into the EU can be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, provided items meet eligibility requirements.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Store credit is available on request.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
