30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to Request a Return:

  • We will confirm whether your item qualifies for return and provide return instructions.

  • Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers cover the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty.

  • We do not offer free returns.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For items over £75, we recommend tracked shipping or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personal care or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items, gift cards, or personalised/custom items

Exchanges:
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period):
Orders shipped into the EU can be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, provided items meet eligibility requirements.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Store credit is available on request.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
