You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

For items over £75, we recommend tracked shipping or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.

Exchanges:
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period):
Orders shipped into the EU can be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, provided items meet eligibility requirements.
